meeting

I realized I haven't updated the blog regarding yesterdays meeting in baby ks case....the meeting went well. We feel its best to not put specific details on the internet at this time, so please just call or message me to hear more details. I will say that things are going exactly how God wants them to go, and we are thrilled we have been chosen as baby K's family for as long as He allows us to be. We also cant wait for our May 7 court date.

Easter

We had an awesome Easter with friends. We went to church Sat. night to allow for more room for visitors at church. Then on Sunday the big kids enjoyed a great egg hunt and playing outside most of the afternoon. We enjoyed relaxing with great friends that are more like our family here in NC (they are from upstate NY too haha). The food was delicious and we all ate way too much. Little baby K had a great day too and enjoyed watching the kids outside while soaking in the beautiful sunshine, enjoying her own little egg stash too.

The power of prayer

Please pray for baby Ks social worker, her supervisor, the biological parents and us as we have a very important meeting THIS TUESDAY at 9:30am. We still have court May 7 as planned, but this meeting could be even more or just as important in the long run. Pray specifically that they BOTH show up, as no progress can be made unless that happens.
